The participant receives the course / training material exclusively for personal use only. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall give you any right or other license to use copy or otherwise use or exploit in any way any intellectual property contained in the content of any course provided to you in accordance with these terms and conditions, unless expressly specified prior to order. For violations of the above regulations the PST Analytics reserves extensive compensation claims.
Non-attendance & batch transfers
Non-attendance due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not entitle the applicant to extra tuition or a transfer. However, in such an event the Institute will consider all the relevant circumstances and take proceed in a fair and reasonable manner. Any alternatives that are offered; there may be an additional charge.
Prior information should be provided via email if a candidate is planning to miss out on a class / classes on any circumstances only then he/she is allowed to attend the missed sessions in the subsequent batch depending on the availability.
Rescheduling of classes by the institute
If a particular class is postponed for reasons for which the Institute is responsible, such as staff illness, the Institute will ensure that the class is rescheduled or where this is not possible, to add the missed hours on to the remaining course classes.

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the course as outlined on our site and in any brochure or published material. However we reserve the right to:
Placements & Jobs
PST Analytics does not guarantee jobs and offers assistance only in form of various placement related activities. A candidate is eligible for placement assistance only after successful completion of the PST Analytics course with global certifications.
Liability
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the course fee you paid. Students are liable for any damage caused to the Institute’s premises, infrastructure and resources.
Refund Policy
Refund can be granted under the following conditions.
The candidate should raise a refund request via email just after the first class on the same day in case he/she does not want to continue with the course.
Refunds will only be granted in extenuating circumstances such as medical incapacity or bereavement, at the sole discretion of the Management. Extenuating circumstances refer to unforeseen events which may affect a student’s ability to attend class. Such circumstances include serious illness &/or hospitalization, accident, immediate family bereavement or other serious personal circumstances.
Foreseen events such as sporting, cultural or work commitments are not considered extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation e.g. medical certificate, police statement etc. must be provided. In such circumstance deferral may be offered as an alternative. The amount refunded will be in proportion to how far you have progressed through the course. Please allow a minimum of 7 weeks for a refund to be processed.
